Our Work

We work in partnership with service users, community organisations and statutory services in order to develop and deliver an exciting programme of activities which helps to promote wellbeing, recovery and resilience as well as reduce mental health stigma and discrimination.

Our work is funded by a range of bodies including Local Authority (CCG), NHS East London and the City, IAPT, Mind, Big Lottery, Reaching Communities, Henry Smith, British Heart Foundation and awards for all amongst others.

Our partners have included East Thames, University of East London, St Barts, Hestia, East london Mosque, Just productions, Look Ahead, Annointed Productions, Hearty Lives Newham, Community links, NAFAS, Newham Asian Women's project, Harmony Family Centre, Newham Youth and Adult Education Services, Abbey Gardens, West Ham United FC, WEA and Jamie Oliver Ministry of Food.

With support from our funders, partners and service users we have been able to deliver a range of services and activities which have included:
