Employee counselling is an extremely beneficial feature for both employees and organisations.

Offering counselling to employees is an effective way of maintaining workforce wellbeing, and ensuring a committed, and reliable workforce, even if they are experiencing personal stresses or issues.

Providing counselling can also be hugely useful in countering the effects of critical incident stress and work-related mental health conditions.

Our counselling service will provide a regular time and space for your staff member to talk about problems and explore difficult feelings with a trained and qualified professional. Talking things through can help to improve resilience against future adverse circumstances, improve relationships, and develop better ways of living.

We can offer one to one, face to face counselling for 6 sessions or single session therapy.

Our Counselling and Psychotherapy services are accredited by the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). As an accredited service by the BACP, the Psychological Therapies team operate within the Ethical Framework for the Counselling Professions.
