If you are interested in training and development, this exciting new role could be for you. Supporting Peer Leaders to learn and develop essential skills, enabling them to coordinate and facilitate their own community group.
With the ethos of co-production (hope and recovery) at the heart of this project, you would encourage Peer Leaders to identify their strengths and use these when planning and interacting with their respective groups.
Supervision and training will be provided and, after a successful probationary period you will be able to access the same me-learning university courses as staff and Peer Leaders, currently numbering at 68 in total.
Travelling is needed, with groups currently located in Tower Hamlets and Newham, and Redbridge; your travel expenses will be reimbursed.
