Support & Develop
Lived Experience Accessing Peers
If you are interested in training and development, this exciting new role could be for you. Supporting Peer Leaders learn and develop essential skills, enabling them to coordinate and facilitate their own community group.
With the ethos of co-production (hope and recovery) at the heart of this project, you would encourage Peer Leaders to identify their strengths and use these when planning and interacting with their respective groups.
Supervision and training will be provided, and after a successful probationary period you will be able to access the same online learning of 51 courses we provide for our staff and Peer Leaders.
Travelling is needed, with groups currently located in Tower Hamlets and Newham, and a new group soon to start in Redbridge; your travel expenses will be reimbursed.
We are based in Newham by the Royal Albert docks, five minutes walk from the DLR, where we have our office with four workstations, supported by cloud based office 365, enabling remote access computing.
Application deadline: Ongoing
Interview date: Flexible
